CITB Invitation to Tender – Joint Investment Strategy Project in Nottingham

CITB wishes to procure the hosting of the Project Co-ordinator for the Joint Investment Strategy project for CITB & Nottingham City Council.

As a supporting partner to the development of this innovative strategy and an in-scope and registered with CITB business/federation, we invite you to consider hosting the post of Project Co-ordinator for the Nottingham City area Joint Investment Project.

This is an exciting time for CITB; working with Core Cities and Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) in further supporting growth in the construction industry for the Nottingham City area through businesses, people, local drivers and enablers.

The Joint Investment Project Co-ordinator is an important role and will have responsibility for managing and monitoring the project to ensure that outcomes are achieved.

The Project Co-ordinator is anticipated to be located in Nottingham City Council Offices and line managed on a day to day basis by an agreed arrangement between NCC and CITB.  Under this arrangement they will report to Nottingham City Council and CITB for their day to day performance and direction, HR matters etc. will however remain the principle responsibility of the host employer.
