D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership Chairman Peter Richardson will today give a short welcome at an exclusive special event with new Bank of England Governor Mark Carney in Nottingham.
Governor Carney will be giving his first public, on-the-record speech at an event at the East Midlands Conference Centre this afternoon.
The event, which is being facilitated by DNCC in partnership with the Bank of England, CBI East Midlands and the Institute of Directors, takes place over lunch.
Along with Governor Carney’s speech, businesses attending will also get the opportunity to take part in an interactive Q+A.
Mr Richardson will give a short welcome speech prior to the event getting under way.
D2N2 Chief Executive David Ralph will also be in attendance.
