D2N2 LEP Chief Executive David Ralph will take part in a round table discussion with senior business leaders about working with universities.
The event is being staged tomorrow morning by Midlands Business Insider, the region’s best read business publication.
Massive steps have been made on breaking down the barriers between universities and business over the past few years.
But it is said there still remains a general lack of awareness, particularly among SMEs, about what universities have to offer.
Mr Ralph will take part in the discussion, which will bring together both sides of the debate, to look at all the relevant issues.
The discussion will take place at the University of Nottingham’s Sir Colin Campbell Building.
