The Nottinghamshire: City & County Employment and Skills Board (NCCESB) is an employer-led partnership, working to determine the employment and skills needs of businesses in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
It is coordinating work on several strands of the City Skills Plan on behalf of Nottingham City Council which includes working with the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) that covers Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
The NCCESB wish to set up an impartial and independently branded Labour Market Observatory (LMO) website for the D2N2 area that is designed to utilise the full community of expertise, resources and assets relating to skills and employment that currently exist, making this knowledge accessible to a wider audience.
