POSITIVE OUTCOMES, a leading national training and apprenticeship provider, is recruiting for sales staff to be based at its new city centre office in Nottingham after a period of sustained growth.
The company opened its additional Wheeler Gate office last month and has so far recruited a number of permanent members of staff – but there are more positions to fill.
Chief executive at Positive Outcomes Chris Longmate said: “We are looking for more keen, bubbly and driven people to join our sales team. Their brief will be to build client relationships and assist young people who are looking for apprenticeships.”
This additional office supports Positive Outcomes’ head office, which is situated close to junction 28 of the M1, housing large teams along with the senior management team and support functions of the business – such as Finance, HR, Marketing and IT. There are also regional training teams situated across the country.
Chris Longmate added: “The opening of the Nottingham office is a fantastic step in the continued growth of the company.
“We are experiencing an increasing demand for apprenticeships as more and more people recognise the high levels of qualifications and the breadth of courses available through the apprenticeship route and employers recognise the benefits they bring to their companies.
“We have seen Positive Outcomes go from strength to strength since our management buyout and investment from the Foresight Nottingham Fund in late 2013 and are keen to maximise the continued growth of the company by taking on even more new staff members.”
Positive Outcomes has only recently been moved into the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) Top 40 Providers list for the UK and with the recent appointment of the former CEO of the SFA, Geoff Russell, to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, 2014/15 and beyond is promising even greater opportunities across all the teams at Positive Outcomes.
