D2N2 is proud to have contributed £6 million from the Local Growth Fund to the construction of infrastructure at the Nottingham Enterprise zone designed to promote sustainable transport.

The suite of works includes a bridge over the nearby midland mainline which connects Boots’ Beeston Headquarters with University Boulevard as well as cycle and footpaths across the Enterprise Zone.

The new pathway connects to Thane road and the Beeston canal whilst also improving access to University of Nottingham, Queens Medical Centre, and existing cycle routes including the Western Corridor also funded by D2N2.
