Nottingham City Hub

D2N2 are proud to have invested £30million of Local Growth Funding into the construction of the Nottingham City Hub.

The £58 million City Hub Campus is now the home of Nottingham College, serving as many as 2000 students per year.

The City Hub campus wis a landmark building for Nottingham, occupying disused brownfield land next to the Broadmarsh Centre and tram overpass at the foot of Lace Market Cliff.

Now complete, the campus offers new facilities and resources for college students and provide community facilities such as a new training restaurant, café, and performing arts centre.

Much attention has been given to the public realm in and around the site to provide open and green space for the community and the College is working with the Council to ensure the area and surrounding through-routes are well lit and accessible, helping to create a good flow between this area and the rest of the city centre.

The Nottingham City Hub is part of a wider £250m regeneration of the Nottingham Broadmarsh area or the ‘Southside’ project as it is known.
