SSR is a tailored service to meet your needs, offering a wide range of training support.
A dedicated Partnership Coordinator will work with you to identify the best sources of support and training to help you achieve your goals.
The project helps employees get access to bespoke career progression training to upskill and reskill and careers guidance to find suitable alternative employment.
Employers who are facing an organisational restructure or the prospect of making hard decisions about staff redundancy can receive support for their employees through SSR.
Individuals who have been made redundant within the last 3 months are also eligible to receive funded skills support through the programme.
The SSR programme will ensure that your workforce gets access to bespoke training and careers guidance, and support them to find suitable employment.
Co-financed by the Education & Skills Funding Agency and European Social Fund, this service is delivered by Serco.
