Chamber Loves Business

The Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce (DNLCC) is set to help make Love Business bigger and better.

Following three years of supporting Love Business, the Chamber will become its headline partner in 2015, helping to take the region’s largest free business event to an even bigger audience.

Almost 2,000 delegates attended Love Business 2014 and its organisers hope that DNLCC’s involvement and a move into the main exhibition hall at Donington Park, will increase its visitor numbers in 2015.

Love Business 2015 aims to attract more than 3,000 visitors and will feature its largest number of exhibitors yet, alongside a programme of new business-focused speakers, a variety of regional business support organisations and exciting delegate attractions.

Chamber Chief Executive George Cowcher said: “Love Business East Midlands has established itself as the region’s premier free business expo and I’m delighted that the Chamber is supporting the event next year as headline partner.

“Love Business is the only annual event in the East Midlands where businesses can showcase their products and services to up to 3,000 visitors in a single day, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere which combines ample opportunities to network with a full programme of business-related activities to suit a wide range of interests.

“The Chamber is keen to ensure that this is the start of a long-term partnership with Love Business, to help more of its members to fully exploit all of the opportunities the event offers.”

Steve Megson, Managing Director of Quiet Storm, one of the founders of Love Business, said: “Both the location, Donington Park, and the objectives of Love Business are a perfect fit for the Chamber.

“It’s an exciting time for the region and with the continued support of key organisations the 2015 Love Business event is set to be the biggest and best yet.

“Love Business has always been about making an exciting, inspirational event which is relevant to businesses of all sizes. Our plans for 2015 are bigger and bolder than ever before.”
