The D2N2 Growth Hub and its counterparts in Leicestershire and Staffordshire will team-up for major business showcase, the Love Business EXPO 2018.
Growth Hubs – generally working out of Local Enterprise Partnerships in England such as the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership – help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with business start-up, training, planning, export advice, digital technology and accessing growth funding advice. They are also able to refer companies on to help on offer from their regional and national partners, for example the East Midlands Chamber or the Department for International Trade’s ‘Business is Great’ campaign. Most Growth Hub services are free.
The D2N2 Growth Hub; LLEP Business Gateway, the Growth Hub for Leicester and Leicestershire; and the Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Growth Hub; will share a stand at the Love Business EXPO 2018. The event will be held from 9.30am to 3pm on Thursday February 22 at the Holywell Park Conference Centre, at Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Park, Loughborough. The Growth Hubs’ stand – located at units B25, B26 and B27 on the day of the event – will be staffed by experienced business advisors, available to share their expertise on a wide range of topics for free.
