Work is set to start on a massive warehouse scheme on a former Derbyshire coking works site which will bring hundreds of new jobs to the area.
The Coalite scheme benefits from £5.79 million allocated to it by D2N2 via the Local Growth Fund.
D2N2 is the partnership between local authorities and private sector businesses tasked with stimulating the economy of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

A joint venture between property development and investment firms St Francis Group and iSec has announced it will begin building five new industrial warehouses next to Markham Vale, in the north of the county, off Junction 29a of the M1.
The scheme will deliver a combined total of 824,000 sq ft of space and will eventually be home to hundreds of workers.
The properties will be built on the former Coalite coking works site, which shut more than a decade ago.
St Francis Group, which specialises in brownfield development and regeneration, has said it will start groundworks immediately after detailed planning consent was granted for the scheme.
According to the firm, occupiers should be able to start moving in during 2021.
Future Plans
A second phase of new buildings is also in the pipeline. The joint venture is currently seeking outline consent for an extra 500,000 sq ft of space across two units on adjoining land. An application has been submitted to North East Derbyshire District Council.
If given the go-ahead, the combined scheme would deliver 1.32 million sq ft of space, with upgrades to the local road infrastructure beginning early next year.
The developers have said they are now working with community leaders to make sure the new business park provides a broad range of jobs across the manufacturing and technology sectors.
