Tickets are now available for Recruiting Talent, a series of events designed to boost inclusive recruitment amongst businesses, which will be held in Nottinghamshire in 2019 and 2020.
The expanded tour of Nottinghamshire comes after the inaugural event, held in Derby in July, led to nine in every ten attendees considering using alternative approaches to fulling their vacancies and ensuring their future talent supply.
Over 100 businesses attended the workshops and networking activities, with experts from a range of organisations helping them to recruit future talent by using more inclusive approaches.

Strategic Economic Plan
The D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership is the private sector-led partnership of business and local authorities which promotes economic growth across Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
As outlined in Vision 2030, D2N2’s Strategic Economic Plan designed to further support productivity, prosperity, and inclusiveness across the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire economy, the organisation is driving towards helping those with complex needs into work, reducing the barriers to employment across the region, and improving workforce skills so that they meet the needs of business.
This ambition will involve encouraging the collaboration between business and our communities to give residents of D2N2 the skills and inspiration to broaden their career horizons and the businesses of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire the talent to create a more productive, prosperous, and inclusive future.
