Fiona Baker
Head of People and Skills
Fiona’s career is firmly rooted in training and education, including management roles at the Learning and Skills Council managing programmes including Investors in People, Train to Gain and Apprenticeships. After this, Fiona moved into the Further Education sector and held senior roles at South Leicestershire and North Warwickshire and Hinckley Colleges, prior to and during their merger.
Before joining D2N2 she worked for Leicester and Leicestershire LEP, leading on their Careers Hub bid and Local Skills Report.
