Derbyshire construction firms to complete largest Markham Vale Expansion to date

Six Derbyshire construction companies are getting involved with a major contract to create a new 480,000sq.ft distribution hub at Markham Vale Enterprise Zone (EZ). Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd., based in Heage, Derbyshire, was awarded a £16.2million contract to build a new distribution centre at Markham Vale for logistics company Great Bear Distribution and aims to have it completed this summer.
