D2N2 Annual General Meeting Highlights Opportunities for Future Growth

Derby College is the venue for the D2N2 Annual General Meeting which takes place on Wednesday 7 December from 11.00.

The occasion provides an opportunity for the board and management to report on its activities during the past year and to signpost some of the key opportunities for growth in the region in the coming 12 months.

“Our area has an enviable track record of innovation and manufacturing excellence, and we can be confident we have the collective ability as a region to compete on a level playing field with other areas of the UK, building on our strong links with our three world ranking universities as well as a some of our leading businesses such as Rolls Royce, Alstom and Toyota,” explained D2N2 Chief Executive, Will Morlidge.

“Our AGM will signpost some of the best emerging prospects that will assist small businesses to compete for supply chain products and services, but most importantly will guide future planning for the local labour market in years to come”.

Investors business and community leaders are welcome to attend and will have the opportunity to network over lunch and discuss future developments in the local economy.
