D2N2 LEP Begins Recruitment for Permanent Chief Executive

The D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has started the recruitment process to appoint a permanent Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will lead the delivery of LEP’s strategy and key organisational priorities.

The Board of Director are seeking to appoint an outstanding leader who possesses the experience, ambition, and passion to drive forward and lead the development of the D2N2 LEP in support of the region’s economic recovery and growth.

This is a critical and exciting time to be joining the D2N2 LEP with the recent publication of the government’s Levelling Up White Paper, which embeds LEPs into policy agenda for the first time. The white paper also confirmed that Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and Derby and Derbyshire would be among the first wave to be invited to agree on new devolution deals.

The successful candidate will inspire action through strong leadership and powerful collaborations to unlock our region’s potential, break down barriers, and work with businesses to deliver solutions that deliver the greatest impact and opportunities for all.

Full details of the role, requirements, and application process are available here

The closing date for applications is 10am on Monday 11 April 2022.
