This free event is designed to enable attendees to learn, share, and discuss new approaches to recruiting your talent.

Keynote Speakers
Chair of D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership Elizabeth Fagan will be delivering a presentation entitled: ‘The Future of Workforce Skills in D2N2 and the Boots Approach’. In this speech, she will draw extensively from her experience as current non-executive chair and former Managing Director of Boots, to deliver a thought-provoking discussion on the attributes of today’s workforce.
Joining Elizabeth will be Micheal Weedon, policy representative for the Federation of Small Businesses who will be delivering a keynote entitled: ‘Not just big business: SMEs and recruitment’.

Our interactive and informative workshops will enable you to recruit more effectively. Hear from employers, specialist support services and providers. Each attendee has the opportunity to attend a maximum of two workshops due to limited spaces per workshop. These include:
