Marble Hall project looks for tenants

An historic building being given a multi-million pound facelift – with the help of the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership – has begun advertising for companies to rent space there.

Marble Hall in Nightingale Road, Osmaston, Derby, is a former, Grade II-listed Rolls-Royce factory site which is being refurbished at a cost of £4million (see artist’s impression below). The project has been granted £1.5m from the Growing Places capital investment fund, run by D2N2; the Local Enterprise Partnership promoting economic growth and jobs creation across Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Growing Places provides loan financing to kickstart stalled development projects, both public and private sector-led, which will significantly boost the economy and create jobs in the D2N2 catchment.

The Marble Hall project is part of a wider Derby City Council Osmaston regeneration project.

Rigby & Co of Derby, the commercial property and letting agent for the Marble Hall project, is now advertising for “companies looking for high quality serviced offices and managed workspace from the beginning of 2016”, at the site.

On offer are commercial spaces ranging from 97 sq ft up to 500 sq ft or more, and onsite facilities including a café/restaurant and nursery.

Enquires should be made to Russell Rigby at email address: russellrigby@rigbyandco.com
