PwC Raise and the British Business Bank have announced a new three part webinar series to support businesses with accelerating growth and navigating their way through equity fundraising.
The webinar series will take place throughout November and will focus on three topics relating to the fundraising process. PwC and the British Business Bank will also be joined by investors and founders at each event to provide you with practical experience and insights.
What will the sessions cover?
Investor readiness – an overview of the funding process and insights into the funding landscape.
Valuations – Considerations around discussing valuations with an investor and insights into the methods used by investors to value a business.
The term sheet explained – guiding participants through the term sheet and how to assess the terms under which you might enter into.
