D2N2 is seeking delivery partners for Wave 5 of Skills Bootcamps in Digital and Green Skills

The D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership has a successful track record of delivering Department for Education funded Skills Bootcamps, which have been developed by the Government as part of the Skills for Life Programme.

D2N2 intends to build on this to develop further Skills Bootcamps in the financial year 2024-2025. Primarily in Digital Skills and Green Skills to support individuals and employers across the East Midlands, Expressions of Interest will also be welcomed in other sector areas if providers have rigorous labour market information and employer demand for this type of provision.

Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible courses of up to 16 weeks for adults aged 19 or over. They give people the opportunity to build up valuable sector-specific skills based on local employer demand and provide a direct path to a job on completion.

D2N2 LEP as the lead partner is now seeking delivery partners that can deliver Digital and Green Skills within and across the D2N2 LEP area of Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Please note that this is an expression of interest only and is not part of a formal tender process.  An open tender process will follow once we have been awarded the grant from the Department for Education.

Any technical questions relating to the tender should be sent to skillsbootcamps@d2n2lep.org

CLOSING DATE:  Monday 11th September 2023, 5.00pm
