Cllr Emmas-Williams is the Leader of Amber Valley Borough Council, He was first elected to the Council in 1986. In addition, he serves as a Codnor Parish Councillor.
Cllr Emmas-Williams worked at Rolls-Royce Aero Engines for 42 years, retiring in 2008.
